Grace, His divine influence upon the heart

Read something very interesting this morning in the bus related to what I was sharing earlier on Grace.

Remember I said I didn’t fully understand what grace truly means until I ask Him. It's good to ask our Abba, because He never fails to answer us.And He gave me two words to explain it-Desire and ability, with the verse Psalms 37:4.
Read my previous one to better understand what I’ll be writing next.

This was what I got from the book:
Grace is defined in Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance as
“God’s divine influence upon the heart.”

Another translation for Psalms 37:4 found in the book:
“My children delight themselves in the Lord, and He gives them the desires and secrets petitions of their heart

"Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will you the desires and secret petitions of your heart"(Amplified Version).

Do you see it beloved?
Remember I said earlier that Grace is when He puts desires in our hearts.
The word desire are usually quoted in the bible as…He hears our desires, what we desire, or desires of a man. It's always our desires.
Few have been Him giving us the desires. Or maybe I've not look through enough into it. But well, the beautiful thing is, this time it is He that puts the desires in our hearts. And if you know how significant it is(as said in my previous entry and this one) you'll long for it=)

Following that verse He says He'll give us secrets petitions of our heart.

What is this secret petition?

Is His divine influence. It's His Grace!

Hope you caught it=) If not...you will at 3am.Hee.

Grace be with you, God's beloved!
