When all things seem against me
To drive me to despair,
I know one door is open,
One ear will hear my prayer
There is a way to God, Christ the Door, and that Door opens even at a child’s touch of faith. But otherwise it is as we read in Revelation 3:7-8, “He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens: I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it” – that is no one unless he possesses the lock-key of faith.
