God you're amazing:)

My friend accepted Christ today! =)
Nothing beats the excitement to witness one soul save and brought into the kingdom of God. The events enfolding it has been so divine.
It was marked on her calendar 3 weeks ago that on the 7th of June she'll be free to follow me to church. Even that I wasn't too sure if she'll ever change her mind.
Today was her first time stepping into a church besides her cousins wedding. You got to be kidding I thought to myself. Heh.
I'm really clueless as to how she'll feel. What does praise & worship means to her. How about the Holy Communion elements? Ah...just take it I thought :) even though it was supposed to be for believers. How about the sermon? Would it be too deep...all this went thru my mind.
She was supposed to attend third with me but her hp batt went flat and so she had to make her way back to charge it to meet me for fourth instead. Indeed it turned out for good. Later, she stayed on for the live recording.
She missed the first worship song. Coming in to a foreign place, she started asking me a lot of questions and slowly settle in. The following song, Adeline asked the crowd to raise their hands. She turned and looked at me and raised her hands too! haha.. a look of not knowing what is happening. I remember her telling me she love the song 'This is our God' and wanted it. wow...what an experience for her. I've never truly understood or experienced this coming from a Christian family.
Amazingly, she was awake throughout the sermon and even enjoyed it.
At the end of it, after the altar call prayer, I asked her if she wanted to accept Jesus into her life. Was it too fast to ask I thought to myself?
What she said really brought joy to my heart:)
"I dunno why...can cry wan..." :) which makes me want to cry too. Heh.
I explained to her what it meant to receive Jesus and she acknowledge it. Later she followed me to the Welcome Lounge to receive the New Believers package.
We went for dinner at foodcourt thereafter and it's amazing that Pastor Keith came and sat next to us! It must be God. What a great blessing to have Pastor be there to share with her just after she was born again, Indeed everything was ordained by God.
Never would I been able to plan for her to come for the live recording given that it was only told to us last week. But God has it planned for her to receive the love and a touch of His presence. To see her raise her hands to worship God, smile at the sight of the youth jumping and even jumped a few times herself, is to me the greatest miracle God could ever do for her.
I see great destiny ahead of this girl. Whatever broken dreams or failed expectation will be reverse in her life. And I long to walk this journey with her to see God's promises come to pass.
